CEO, FOUNDER AND Board Member
Michelet has extensive experience within the finance, shipping and commodities space.
Michelet founded the maritime exchange Imarex (peak market capitalization of >200MUSD). Prior to Imarex, Michelet was with RS Platou/Clarksons for 13 years as partner and shipbroker.
Michelet has held/holds numerous roles within the industry, including Chairman of Commodity Holding AS; Chairman Nos clearing, board member of Fishpool ASA, Wadahl Høghfjells Hotell, Griffin Markets Group ltd.
Michelet have participated as early investor in several companies and is founder of the Imarex Traffic Light concept.
FULLSTACK DEVELOPER
As the teams Fullstack developer, Odin is responsible for developing and maintaining the user interface for all our clients, ensuring a user-friendly functionality on all platforms.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Frontend and Mobile Development from Kristiania University College, along with a Bachelor's in Marketing and Management with a specialization in Psychology and Organizational Behaviour from the University of South-Eastern Norway.

During his years as an undergraduate, he specialized within the field of engineering, focusing on optimizing engine efficiency and fuel consumption using different programing tools.
At graduate level, Jacobsen shifted his scope to focus one business development and strategies. Graduate of University of Tulsa, USA, with B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Post-Graduate of the Technical University of Denmark, M. Sc. In industrial Engineering and Management.
DATA SCIENTIST
As the team's Data Scientist, Benjamin builds and refines the quantitative models behind our platform. He is a graduate of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), M.Sc. in Applied Physics and Mathematics with a specialization in Industrial Mathematics, a programme that gave him a strong theoretical grounding in statistical modelling and optimization. His master's thesis dealt with interest rate modelling, work that carries directly into the pricing and market models he builds today.

Ingrid has been with Imarex for more than 9 years and participated in all aspect of the business from corporate design to accounting and customer satisfaction.
Ingrid is a vital part of our company and important for clients as well as daily operation of the company.

Tideman is an undergraduate student at The University of Edinburgh, studying international business.
Tideman`s role is reaching potential clients and helping them see the value behind our services, and implement our systems to their business models.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Oddbjørn Lende
Oddbjørn holds significant experience through his 33 years in Real Estate, Shipping and the IT-Industry, where he has served as COB of SuperOffice AS, as well as CEO and COB of Office line ASA.
Oddbjørn has for the last 20 years been running a portfolio of private investments, predominantly within Real Estate and Shipping, and has a vast experience as a Board member both in private and listed companies.
Oddbjørn joined the Board in 2017 and has supported the transformation of the company from a brokerage firm to a SaaS provider. He brings his entrepreneurial, organizational, financial experience and network to support the growth and development of Imarex Traffic Lights.
BOARD MEMBER
Jan Klingsholm
Jan Klingsholm has extensive management experience from shipping and in particular the Dry Cargo market.
Born in Denmark, initially 13 years with A. P Moller, after which he moved to Norway, which then has been the workbase for the last 30 years. Have held numerous positions and roles within shipping, in particular the Thorvald Klaveness group and R.S. Platou but also as senior partner in the late Hong Kong based (dry bulk) operating group Transfield Shipping. Holds various non-executive roles and chairs incl as chairman of BlueKey in Denmark.
Shipping activities includes management consultancy in addition to engagement in own investments incl. real estate development.
